Public Procurement Specialist

Location: Banja Luka, On-site only
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Experience Level: 3+ years 

We are looking for a Public Procurement Specialist to monitor published tenders, assess whether we meet the required technical criteria, and determine whether a given tender is relevant to our business. An IT/technical background is required. This is not a programming or software development role - instead, it calls for a strong understanding of technical documentation and close collaboration with our technical team.

Required Qualifications: 

• IT/technical education 
• Practical understanding of programming and software development processes (not required to write code, but should understand how the industry and development process work) 
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including relevant certifications, technologies, and standards 
• Attention to detail, organization, and precision in working with documentation 
• Good command of English, particularly for reading technical documentation 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in public procurement
• Experience working in international markets
