PROJECT MANAGER

Elevatebits d.o.o. is a Banja Luka-based IT company with over 12 years of industry experience. We specialize in IT infrastructure services, cloud computing technologies, and data centre management, taking a dedicated, tailored approach with every client. 

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from concept through to delivery. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Plan and oversee projects, tracking deadlines, budgets and objectives throughout the process. 
• Coordinate, motivate and mentor team members to keep the team aligned and performing well. 
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them proactively before they impact the project. 
• Report regularly to clients, management and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed on progress. 
• Prepare final reports and analysis to capture lessons learned and improve future projects. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same role 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies 
• Excellent command of English 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 

Please note: This position requires full-time on-site work at our office in Banja Luka.
